'A WELL RUN FAMILY BUSINESS'

Thorpe Horseboxes recently celebrated its 39th year of continued business in 2016 . Originally formed by Brian and Sue Smith it served local customers for their vehicle repair and service. It became apparent that there was a need for a company who could cater for every repair aspect involved in horseboxes not just servicing and M.O.T.

Based on this belief Brian and his two sons Darren and Jason set about shaping the company into a ‘one-stop shop’ for horseboxes. Their belief was to have the ability to take care of any task relating to your horsebox throughout your cycle of ownership from its intial purchase, repair and service to dealing with its eventual sale and manufacture of a new custom built replacement.

The business itself has greatly evolved from its beginnings. It now employs a fully experienced team of staff combining together to create a wealth of knowledge and expertise. We continue to satisfy the demand for quality customer service by having the best staff and equipment as well as the ability to control all of the aspects of the business 'in-house'.  These include our own new build and repair workshops as well as a spray shop, GRP moulding, machining and fabrication workshops.

Brian, Darren and Jason continue to be directly involved with every aspect of the company and will liaise with you and personally oversee all of the work carried out on your horsebox.
